Can or does any one know or have a list of needs to fill this thing with power? Minus the sound board I'll figure what I want later but I thought maybe some would have a graflex guts package to sell?

Glad to help. I ended up putting the second red button on tonight in place of the lens. I like being able to swap out parts so easily with this kit!

I can't wait to get mine so I can have a play around with everything, I'm pretty keen on making mine a TFA version, but anything could happen when it's in my hands haha

So it's that easy to swap out the red button and eye? I'm having a hard time deciding between ESB and TFA. Leaning towards TFA for my girlfriend's Rey costume, but having a functional button might be better.

Yes, they just screw in and out. Super easy.

I made one easy modification that others might be interested in. I have no plans to add electronics or sound to my saber, so I didn't want the speaker holes on the bottom.

I carefully traced the bottom plug on a piece of aluminum foil tape and then cut and adhered that foil sticker to the plug. Then I screwed in the bottom bracket and now have what appears to be a solid bottom plug for the Graflex 2.0.

According to my research, it seems that ESB used the kobold in either orientation. I prefer it the way I have it, but to each his own.

EDIT: It also appears the Kobold is this way in TFA when Rey is handing the saber to Luke.

I'm not sure if this is gonna turn out ok or if its gonna be worth the trouble... but... I bought a 2 cell bottom to make an end cap out of it and replace the current speaker hole cap. What do you guys think? it only cost $10.

Hi everyone this may sound like a stupid question but I am piecing together my hilt into the ESB version. I think I have messed up & have to rip off one of the grips hopefully before the adhesive dries.

So with regards to the grips there are six of them. There are 7 pre-drilled holes on the hilt which holes do the grips go into. I realise that one of the 7 holes will be missed but which one?

I realise it is not going to end up symmetrical.

You need to remove the screw on the clamp and unscrew the bottom half from the top. The other side has 6 holes for the ESB and TFA configuration.
