Limited Run Graflex 2.0 and Crossguard saber run - sign up thread

Ordered mine on Wed (Dec 30th) and it arrived in the mail today (Jan 4th). It looks amazing. Can't wait to put it all together. Most likely going with a TFA version. Quick question though, how do I place the "circuit board" onto the clamp? It's just a little too small for the clamp to hold it in place on it's on. Thanks.
Once again, I love this. If you have a chance to get one, do it.

I love mine as well, just came in today, but am having the same issue. Was thinking small slips of aluminum foil or maybe even fine lines of JB weld. interested to hear what others have done with the circuit board clamp.

I placed a pad of double sided tape from 3M on the back of the board, slid it into place and it's holding fine. I did the same thing for the button.

Would anyone mind doing me a favor? What is the inner diameter of the rear section of the saber? Im trying to figure out what will and won't fit as far as electronics go.

... Yeah, that would be helpful. And if anyone puts together a electronics kit for this saber, that would be even better! I'm sure there are a lot of us ready and willing to send money.

It looks like the inner diameter, not counting where the screws come through with the ESB grip pieces, is about 32mm.

As an aside, anyone know what to do with these? I can't figure out how to get the red buttons to stay in... and the switches do not fit in either end of the switch cavity.

A few tips that helped me. I put a small amount of oil on all parts that had to be screwed in, it fixed the tight fit of the second button attachment. I applied a tiny drop of cyanoacrylate to the switch to get the red button to stick. To get the circuit board fixed in place I put a piece of insulation from a thin electrical wire between the clamp and the board, just on one side.
Oh yes, try different combinations of the switches and red buttons, some of them will not allow for switch to activate, and some will.

I filled the button hole with cardboard discs I cut then carefully chose the dummy plug, and used a few small dots of super glue to put it in place. Saved the two switches for the electronics install later.

That is what figured, thanks!

The unfortunate part that I noticed is that neither of the red buttons actuate the switches I have, so I'll have to stick a small piece in there and MacGyver something to make these switch work.

Has anybody made completed Crystal Chambers with lights and sounds for these Graflex and crossguards? I'd be interested in commissioning someone to complete a ANH, ESB, and TFA crystal chamber Lightsaber with lights and sounds and a Kylo Ren Cross Guard too with cracked red crystal.

Just going to cross-post this from the Junkyard thread in case anyone missed it. Crazy how that thread blew up with requests for the Graflex 2.0 kit.

I've been out of contact for a day or two, so if anyone who's attempted to contact me and I've not replied, remember in my post, I say, to use my email instead of here, it is faster

I still have 10-15 left

Anyone done the TFA version with this kit? Would like to see some pics to see if i want to purchase another one. I got one and built the ESB version and it came out great!

Thanks.

Very new to saber building. Been looking up electronics and components help here, TCSS, and FX-Sabers, but do these come with or need retention screws for the blade?
