new rumor; Trailer for ghostbusters in front of star wars. at least forbes seems willing to be on it.
god, I hope the theaters around the country boo it just on principle ;o)
but at least we'll get a taste to see if it follows feigs usual formula of movie style and crass swearing humor.....
although I bet movie supporters will still tell us you can't judge the movie based on a trailer, just like you can't judge it based on past projects and rumors ;o)..

I apologize for something totally off topic here, westies.
But, thought you guys would find this funny. The new designs for bay Turtles 2 turtles have come out. they look even WORSE than the first movie. they look like male strippers with what looks like leather parts now.
So, it's not just Ghostbusters that's being torn to shreds here, it's also ninja turtles getting stuck with a guy who doesn't give a crap about the franchise and tearing it to shreds just to appeal to the casuals and getting a pay check... ugh. rumor has it bay turtles 2 trailer also appearing in front of star wars, so we could have ghostbusters AND turtles to boo and cry over before the awesomeness that is star wars.
guess we'll find out in 16 days.

you think that's bad, you should see the proposed 50 shades of shredder design,covered in leather straps. ugh. people don't know how to design anymore. they think throwing texture on something is a what makes a costume design.....all this 'real world thinking' has ruined fantasy fun ;o).

so, star trek is a paramount property, right? apparently into darkness is going to premier in front of star wars..
can you imagine if star trek, ghostbusters, turtles AND (I think) civil war all show up in front of star wars?
all four of those should be good in a perfect world, but only one will probably match the quality of star wars ;o).

I highly doubt that any other movie will be able to match the quality with the amount of money they have thrown at Star Wars. Disney has some of the deepest pockets of any movie production company on the planet. Universal and Paramount together don't even come close to their resources now!

1. Do you mean ST: Beyond? Because Into Darkness already came out...
2. What do you mean "premiere in front of"? I see news that they're putting trailers in front of Star Wars.

second one - well, if it's the first time the trailer is being shown anywhere, i'd call that a premier ;o). sure as heck not going to be adouble feature ;o).

this is the second website that still claims the 'murderer resurrecting villains from past' is going to be the main plot line. I thought the villain getting electrocuted and doing the night at the museum thing was changed to being a babalonian god?
