Kylash Here's an X-ray of a legit Death Whistle, and also a cross section of a replica (I think), which kinds of matches with the flipped image.

Thanks, yeah I’ve studied various kinds, they do vary, but a couple I’ve printed work with the eyes as holes as well.

Not yet, I refined the teeth a bit and now red to decide if I’m just gonna go the solid casting route like Adams mold or make a sealed off rotocasting mold.

Also here’s what the final sculpt ended up being with the longer bottom teeth. Poured the silicone tonight, will find out how it turned out tomorrow. Sure hope it works because it was about 60oz of silicone!

Whew, everything came out clean as far as I can tell. No major bubbles. Will test run it tonight!

Success! Now I need to see if I can use a forsner bit with my hand drill or if I need to buy a drill press to hollow these out…I may try rotocasting with this mold as well but with the vents I could see that being tricky.

Thanks! Even under 60psi I got some bubbles in the teeth like Adam mentions in his. But not too hard to fill.

Forstners bit with a handdrill worked! I just need tk get the next step down in size. But here it is all drilled out. As is, doesn’t make any particular sound. Between all the sprue and drill shavings there sure is a lot of wasted resin making these.

Never used oil paints before but boy do I like them! First pass.
