Furiosa Cosplay

I made a Furiosa cosplay and figured seeming as i haven't seen anyone else finish one yet this might be useful? It's not 100% accurate but i made it in 3 days with anything i had to hand so I guess that's to be expected. Anyway here's the finished thing:
IMGP1043.JPGbecause i don't want this whole thing to be really picture heavy more pics can be found here: http://jackgabrielcosplay.tumblr.co...-imperator-furiosa-cosplay-at-london-mcm-expo

I make the belt out of pleather, d rings, foam, chain necklaces and worbla (the worbla was kneaded together scraps i had left over from other projects so always remember to hang onto those):

The arm/harness were made out of whatever i had to hand not limited to; worbla, aluminium tubes, craft foam, leather, pleather, aluminium tape and pens:

and here are the only in progress shots i got of the hand because i was in a hurry, bt as you can see it is basically entirely made out of foam:

I hope some of that is at least vaguely helpful for someone.
I wore this to mcm expo, so now the con is over i'll be improving it for a photoshoot, starting with making the arm more accurate/detailed.

Great Work!!! it looks awesome, love the belt and the chains you used, the Arm looks really good too, I started my own build for the arm myself my first one sucked (whomp). But I've started a second one and yours actually helped me out on referencing the parts a lot, I used aluminum paneling instead, my patience and tools don't seem to agree with foam lol but awesome job on this build JackGabriel!

thats fair, my first attempt was pretty awful! and i'm glad mine could have been of some help.
Aluminium paneling sounds like a good idea though, the only reason i made it out of foam really was because it would be comfy and it's all i really had to hand!

Fantastic! The arm looks particularly good. Did you get round to doing the photoshoot yet?

Yes I did! if you scroll down you can see them here: http://jackgabrielcosplay.tumblr.com/tagged/imperator furiosa
the location turned out rather greener when i actually did the shoot than when i first looked at it but i'm still pretty happy with it, I think it sorta works with the idea of furiosa in the 'green place'
