I can't believe I've had to open up to him about my current situation in an effort to even try to claw back some of my money (which I should never have had to do in the first place) - it's embarrassing for me and just shows how low he has sunk. Not even a reply to say, well, anything at all.
It's appalling.

In his mind, I reckon he thinks we're too demanding.
I waited a year, with almost no communication from him, then to be told he'd sent it, and accused me of trying to rip him off (!) When I could prove that I sent the funds but never received a thing, and he saw the dates, he then admitted I must have "fallen through the cracks." This then happened two more times - each time promising me he would 'fix it'. Yeah, thanks for nothing, Marty.
I'm calling him this evening - I've had enough of this, and could really, *really* do with my money back.

OMG: he's set up an auction to bid on a finished piece, but he's selling a raw cast and's got the winner choosing how it will look... what a nightmare waiting to happen!

Indeed two people here should drive the price up so nobody else will buy this, and when he files a non-paying bidder complaint, you can point out to the people from eBay that you found this thread and found out he is a fraud and that you don't want to loose your money. Maybe someone who already paid for a finished head can "win" the auction and just tell him that he already paid months ago, so that payment has been done, and that he just has to deliver the head...

Better strategy would be to actually bid on the head, make sure someone here has the highest bid, and then tell the guy you already paid for an alien head, so that he just has to deliver. If he opens a claim for nopaying bidder and eBay ask en explenation, you can always refer to this thread here, and tell them that you don't thrust the eBay seller anymore, because he scammed all the people here... I guess that's a valid reason not to pay. And if not, you get one non paying notification on your eBay account that is erased again after 12 months, so not much of a biggy, I guess...
I'm afraid eBay will state: "Business that happens outside eBay is not our concern. As long as the seller delivers here on eBay, it's fine for us."

Make sure it's clear for him that you guys will continue doing this and he will NEVER sell an Alien head on eBay, until he delivers here... This is the only language these guys understand: take money out of their pocket!
Then all you guys have to do is bid again, now with someone else here "winning". If you do this again and again, he'll never sell anything on eBay and might solve things here. There are enough people here waiting, I guess. If everybody here takes part in this "sabotage" of his eBay acutions, he might listen...

I don't have a deal with this guy, I only try to give some advice: if you don't make this guys life miserable and only complain here on the RPF, then you can just forget about getting your money back. If you guys don't take action like making sure he can't sell anything on eBay, you won't get a result. Just my two cents... So start taking action (outside the RPF)!
