SD Studios released the case in the latter part of 90's.
While Starlog, and a few other publications, carried the SD Studio ads it was primarily advertised in mailouts and newsletters.
Gary Giblin (who went on to write the excellent Bond location book "James Bond's London") came up with the idea to include "Mission Folders" in the attache' case. The amount of research and detail of information he put into the files was amazing.
While the attache' case was only issued with the "Mission Folder" from "From Russia with Love" You saw the "Mission Folder" from "Goldfinger" in my case as I was given a copy of it.
The idea was that a member of SD Studios "OO7 Club" you would be able to purchase all the various "Mission Folders" from all the films.
Only "FRWL" "Goldfinger" & "Thunderball" were made (If I remember correctly) but they were never offered to the public.
I recently saw that Steve recently found his one and only copy of the "FRWL Mission Folder" that would have been included with the attache' case and offered it on ebay.
Amazingly it sold for $460.00 which is approximatly 1/3 pf the price that the case itself originally sold for.
