Hey Chopper that is the complete unit. The wedge is cast as part of the thigh just haven’t finalised the material which the actual holster part will be made from whether I’ll cast it or have it laser cut out of something stronger.

Ok cool it’s just that I have one of r2 dans metal holsters in hand already and was going to use that having the wedge cast in place is great that was the only issue with the r2 dan one. would assume then I could just screw the holster on [emoji4][emoji6]

Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been laid up over the last few days with sickness :wacko slowly dying inside whilst the rest of the UK is out enjoying the sunny bank holiday.

EVERYTHING apart from the bucket is now fully moulded, I just need the spare time to clean out and fill those moulds to show you all but it’s all going to be the same high standard of finish as the rest of the kit. Any day I plan to start casting the new components.

Yes the holster is included, it will be permanently set already on when you receive your armor, ready to holster a weapon straight out of the box!

Yes that’s a good point as some of you will have already purchased these separately. I’ll check when individuals as they’re shipping to see whether you want the plate attaching or not.

I'm breaking my promise that I wouldn't post here anymore, but I wanted to pass this message to everyone that was reading months ago. I also PM'd Mimic in a similar manner.

It's obvious that I acted inappropriately and let my impatience get out of hand. Mimic is clearly distributing the best FOTK kit on the scene. The regular updates I just scrolled through as well as amazing photo's from folks that have received their torso's prove that. I'm excited to see the finished arms/legs and the first photo's of people all suited up in this. the work is amazing. Therefore, Mimic, everyone else that was here back then - I'm sorry for the scene I caused. Words don't correct my actions, but please trust that I mean it.

For those the believe in Karma, trust me when I say that it came around.

Im in the same boat but im also open if mimic wants to laser cut aluminum or some metal. It will likely be as good if not better as well as possibly painted to match!

Lioking very nice Gunnartrooper! Did you use snaps or Velcro for the cod and butt?

Industrial velcro for both. I literally can step into the ab piece and it stays in place with no strapping . Perfect fit with the Gasket harness.

I have velcro on mine too adding a snap on a elastic strap for flex. Don't trust velcro alone

Did you make the shoulder bell bracket or possibly buy it from UKSWrath?
