Hey Al, they will be all velcroed ready to use out of the box! (Minus strapping just as with the body parts)

Question from me here- If anyone has any input as to what’s a good way I should supply the helmets interior that would be great- short of something similar to a hard hat inside what else works?

I like the motorcycle helmet but it might be easier for you to use a hard hat liner and let people do there own mods to interior. Everyone has a different preface. I would just want to hardhat liner to start with and pending heat I'd find a motorcycle liner I liked down road.

I like the interior painted black though if thats not a huge deal. Helps with reflection and kids looking up bucket.

I agree with the black interior. Maybe plastidip or something. I normally use Velcro and some ACH helmet pads as comfort/fit, cause I have a tiny head I need to pack it out a bit.

I'm a fan of simple foam. Anyone that can't add a self-fit ring of foam doesn't deserve a suit of this quality anyway. No need to supply the helmet with anything other than the shell - that is my vote

I would prefer a bare black interior with some loose foam padding as everyone's head is different and the problem with a hard hat liner is they're uncomfortable...just my opinion

Black painted interior is a great idea, I also think maybe having a foam antislip matting is also a good compromise to having full padding.
If these are trooped in, alot of sweat is generated over a period of time.

I would just be happy with a blank interior, Black would be an added bonus but if it means everyone gets them sooner than waiting for you having to mess around with padding that has to be a good thing, As your talking about the interior does that mean your almost done with the master, if you are we would love to see it

Yep, black interior and Just go the easy route with a hard hat helmet piece as its easy to remove if anyone wants to mod it and work around if anyone wants to keep it and work around it for example mics and fans etc.
