Re: Fine tune Revell Millennium Falcon EasyKit

I just stumbled across this thread, WOW! After looking at the at just a few pics of your work, it's evident that this is going to be one sweet detailed build..... and the following pics just proves that!

May I ask the scale of this Falcon, is it close to 1/350th?

Keep up the great work!

Commissions? Sorry mate, have to let you down here, don't want my wife to feed me to Rancor or what ever that pet monster is called by Jabba:lol
Progress is getting so slow and Mini Snowspeeder is waiting too, but I'm honour by your confidence in my work though:thumbsup

Re: Fine tune Revell Millennium Falcon EasyKit

As you wish Tek2graphics, here's a update:
Detail "wall" on the inside of the Yaw:

Attach the upper yaw and the canopy, adding some greeble detail nearby the gunturnet:

Filling the gap between the "walkway hull" and the body:

Making turnet tubes:

Replacing funny and incorrect stock turnet windowframe:

Scratch build windowframe, this is the inner circle:

...and the surrounding sprue:

Then fit it in a 0.26 inch diameter turnet hole. Also removed the low profile lasergun base (mark with the red square):

slice off from a donor:

This looks much better right?
