Fight Club Tyler Durden T-shirts?

The JLA jacket leather seems off, to thick. The color looks off to, to dark.
Where does Jonathan Logan have them made?

Those jackets are Replicas from Soul revolver and one vintage?

JAL has them made himself. I have been to his workshop. As for the leathers, when I got mine made he sent me 10 different leather samples with all different shades of red.

He can really custom to how you want it if you think the default is too dark and too thick.

Ok here is a picture of both JALs I own. The first picture is the default color and leather he gives you. In that picture I am also wearing real OP 523 in blood red that I bought from Oliver People's myself in Malibu. Some minor criticism since this was my first attempt at replicating the look: 1) The leather I agree was too dark in dark lighting, in lighter lighting IE daylight it looks more red 2) OP 523 blood red do not look very red they look more brown against a person's face at night. In the daylight held out they look very red. 3) My hair was incorrect.

The second picture is a JAL also where I picked from 10 different leathers to try and match the Fight Club jacket as much as possible. I looked at many pictures specifically candid shots of where Brad Pitt was standing outdoor in the light since that would most likely be unedited. The sunglasses are a replica OP 523 but I feel they are better then the original OP523 due to the lens color.

That second picture, the jacket is perfect. You said it was a custom-leather from Jonathan Logan? And it's not worth 850$. Leathercult's version for 130$ must be wayyyy better?
Leathercult's version seem to me, to be very accurate. Or am I wrong?

The second photo is also a JAL. I had picked from about 8 different leathers he sent me.

As for Leathercult, I have no clue what that is.

Only the upper right is SR. The two on the left are unknown manufacturers. I got them in trade, so not sure of their origins.

Longtime lurker, first time poster and big FC fan. Props on replicating all those awesome t-shirts.

Since we're talking about the jackets, I would recommend checking out this very comprehensive thread on the main FC jacket that Tyler wears:

As you can see, there are 2 versions of this jacket, so screen accuracy depends on which version you are looking for. Actually, only one was used in the movie, but the original version is still "accurate" in a very nerdy way. :D

As for the Soul Revolver version of the Mayhem jacket, I haven't touched one in person so I can't comment with a lot of accuracy, but from what I can tell from the pictures, the JAL version has some minor things that make it more authentic looking to me than the SR version. Of course, Jonathan A. Logan did make the Mayhem jacket, so it's no wonder, but the current SR version is very close at this point. If JAL wasn't making them, I'd go with SR.

There are some old SR Mayhem jackets out there that aren't very screen accurate, because they have revised the design so many times. At this point, they use JAL's version as a reference. Mainly, there are 7 ribs on the arms, 5 on the lower shoulder/top arm and 4 white ribs on the top shoulder. My main issue with the SR version is the ribs are not as "full" and nicely bubbled as they are on the JAL version. There are some good shots online from Fight Club showcasing the luscious ribbing in the JAL version. They are very nice when silhouetted.

There is also ANOTHER version of the Mayhem jacket. Shown here: https://www.filmjackets.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=4451#p4451

You can see that this version is busier on the front and has an asymmetrical zipper design. It is my belief that this version is based off a vintage Moto Cuir jacket. Seen here: **Fight Club Jacket** just came in... - Vintage Jackets and Helmets etc. - DO THE TON

Clearly, it seems to be the inspiration for the Mayhem jacket in it's current state. Would be cool to find an old vintage Moto Cuir in red.

Anyway, that's my nerdy contribution on FC jackets.

edit: Just wanted to comment and say that the Moto Cuir jacket may be the same jacket used in the shot of Brad Pitt. Since it's black and white, it may well be a black Moto Cuir. Hard to tell. Just wanted to be clear about that. There is also a gorgeous blue version of the Moto Cuir jacket. Not very Fight Club related, but a great looking jacket nonetheless.

Thank you!

I just found this thread, and it's ben really helpful. I'm a big fight club fan so this is pretty awesome. I've gathered a lot of props and clothing from the movie like the jacket, the Indy 500 shirt, and the OP-523's. I was going to get the aero sunglasses next. Can anyone tell me the color of the lenses and frames used in the movie?

Hey Soul I know you replicated the Gucci loafers Brad wore in Fight Club. He is notorious for having lifts or big heel shoes to increase height. Did you make the heels big in the loafer? Here is a blown up pic of Brad's heel in the loafer.

Aero 54 - I would say silver frames and amber lenses. Welcome aboard!

Picked these up from the boot shop today, $16 to take the soles off. I can walk in them without slipping now. :)

Cool. Are you planning on adding new soles or just leaving them as-is?

I didn't do anything to the heels/soles on my guccis, but I think it would be cool to add some from a boot for height and traction.

gonna leave em like that; way more comfortable now that they have some flex

What is the name of the style of Gucci loafer he wears?

Hey guys, does anyone here have a screen-used piece of clothing from brad? I've red this on alot of sites that he was around 150-160lbs at 5'11 during fc, so what would his clothingsize be, medium - large?
