Femme pred armor WIP

I've should have gone in to the marketing business

Maybe it's time to give the list of the pieces that are planned:

2 Gaunts
Shinguards
Feet
Leg armor
"buttplate" (nice discription)

If I can't find small hands... a set of hands

And the chest and backplate.

This Pred thing is almost turning in to a fulltime job... sculpting, finishing orders, ...

Anyway, here's the second sculpt of the chestarmor. Except for some minor details, it's finished.

Oké, I'm doing a job for the worst and demanding customer... The misses!

I called her just before I was going to mold the second chestpart and geuss what... She wanted that the armor should be smaller and showed some more of the skin...

Started over with this raw result.

There are still some parts in the molds but with realy bad weather here it just would not dry.

Currently I'm sculpting the medkit, that goes on the righthand side of the back.

a question on the picture, is the right side the latex casted piece or the clay piece?

I think that the last minute order rush for Comic Con is over

So finaly.... finaly, thank God finaly I could start again on the femme pred armor.

Today I sculpted the backarmor with medkit, here are some pics:

I gave the item some sort of bio mecanical look with the horns, no sharp corners and minor detail carved into it.

And I'm quit happy with the result, I hope my misses has got the same opinion when she get's home

that horny look looks excellent. could be it's part of some trophy-kill's skull or such that the Pred turned into armor

And I started sculpting it without any design on paper, it all just poped out of my head and into the clay

After ages I finaly have a small update on the femme pred armor.

The front chest parts are ready. The bad news is, I ran into a shelf in my workshop this week and by that the mold of the backpack and medkit fel in pieces...

So I have to sculpt a new one. For now I used one of my wolf style backplates.

The computer gaunt is also finished, but not shown in the picture, for the blade gauntlet I used a Wolf gaunt, this is just for a convention this weekend, I still have to design and sculpt one.

So still to make are the new feet, shinguards, blade gaunt and a second medkit

I have to say that it is the first time that I'm a 100% happy with the result, it came out like it was in my mind

Don't mind the wrinckles in the skin, we put the armor on in a hurry for a testfit tomorrow
