Fallout 4 T60 Power Armour

Awesome work so far. I'm happy to have found a Pepakura file of the t60 but does anyone know if anyone has made a pep model of the fallout 4 t45 armor? There are quite a few differences between 3 and 4 and I'd like to make the 4 t45 armor with a t60 right arm (my armor set in game)

image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg Making progress on the t-60 legs !

image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg Made some progress. Insulation glued into boots. And shoes strapped in . Now I can actually walk in it . Going to make an inner stricture so it fits to my legs

The legs look great. Glad you did a lift on them, as it looks really funny when people cosplay in armor and then have stunted legs.

Scaled for a person 5'9" or 175cm.
This is with the frame though.
Hm...I'm 5'5", but I think I could still work with that. I've got several parts put together in pepakura, but no facilities to do resin until Spring. Going to resin and bondo the frame, and make the armor into a mold for vacuform, assuming I can build a decent vacuform machine, once winter goes away and it's finally warm enough to work in the garage. Everything is matching up well so far. My goals for this are to be able to eventually make all the power armor types and make them interchangeable so I can swap out a T-60 arm for a T-45, or T-50, which should be easy, as the frame has convenient places to put screws in, allowing for the armor to screw in place. I'm also hoping to be able to make a system to open and close, a coworker has experience in robotics and we're going to work together on that. By the way, this guy's series may help anyone planning on having the suit open:
It's a bit long, but has definitely given me ideas on how to do this.

That's amazing man
I'm currently in the process of building a set of my own too, I lack a lot of styling and art abilities, But I'm 'hoping'
to make a "working" set of armor
Not fully representative of the game, but giving it a similar opening procedure for entrance to the suit,
Your build of the legs have given me an amazing reference image!
Sweet as hell

Alright. So I downloaded the files, bought myself a 400 page ream of card stock and a brand new XL black ink cartridge. The problem I'm running into now is the scaling. I'm just about 6' and I'm planning on making the armor to have an extra foot on me (as per the game) however, I haven't figured out a good scaling method because each file is separated into pieces. I've tried all my usual scaling methods and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

You first need to know how tall the existing model is supposed to be. Then determine how tall you want it to be, finally figure out the ratio between those and scale up the pattern to that ratio.

Failing that, you would have to try and print out some part of the armor, and experiment scaling it up until it seems correct, and hope the rest matches.

just downloaded the power armor frame pepakura, but there are only the left arm and leg parts... anyone have the right ones?
I'm going to build a frame, or at least try :p but i need both legs :(
Or is there a way to "mirror" the thing on the program?

It's actually really simple. The reason it's only one side of the leg and arm is because you just need one side if the templates. To get the right side, just flip the templates you printed and cut out. It's quite a bit of work, but that's how you do it.
