got my helmet a week ago and I love it. The seams, minor crease, indents, mold lines, were not a issue once I had helmet in hand.
But I do have one issue and its the ranger finder's clear piece and battery compartment inside the RF.
The on/off switch is located in the ear, so, I'm assuming the RF Metal Post is hollow, allowing the on/off wires to connect to the ranger finder's battery compartment/LED lights board. If this is the case, EFX could had place the battery compartment and light board inside the helmet next to the ear.
Then only run the LED wires to the RF and made a whole clear piece for the RF. And also had enough room to add a extra LED light for the RF's lens cover.
Other than that, I love the helmet
few pics. and using a Helmet metal stand I bought from Ebay for about $17 shipped

I was curious about the ranger finder's lens cover and wondered if I could add a picture. And low and behold I added a Lego Luke picture from current Lego catalogue. Lego paper's thickness is close to news paper. And I only used the Lego booklet cause its free and I did not want to damage my collection of reference SW books.
TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK! and maybe some can remove the Lens cover without taking apart the RF and Lens screwed together
My Lens cover had no glued parts.
Remove the screw, !! Watch out for the two springs on the Lens compartment!!
The Lens compartment is made of three parts, Back cover, Lens frame, and clear lens. The back cover and Lens frame are held together by tension, holding the clear lens in place.
This is where its risky, be careful, apply pressure pushing the lends cover out of the frame.
Once removed, use a picture, keep in mine I used almost news paper thin paper
Final obstacle is placing back the two springs, and its tricky.
and thats it.
