Door to Heaven

I wouldn't have the 8th and 9th Chevron light up, too... Believe me, it does look great, no need for the 8th and 9th to light up too ;)..

I just hope that the kits you are going to offer won't be too expensive because I really want one of those Gates. :D.. Keep up the good work.

I'm with you stricky. Anyway it looks alot better now then it did.

I expected to see the "kawoosh" and then have a cat walk out of it or something. B)

Gate looks fantastic. I would definitely not have the bottom two chevrons light up tho.

changing the resistors is not possible, the circuit is made specially for those leds.

They cannot be de-soldered and replaced with higher value ones?

Increasing the resistance in the circuit won't harm your LEDs. All it will do is dim them...but will change the load the controller IC sees.

But after seeing your lighting test, I'd have to agree that shouldn't be necessary after all.

Excellent work. But I'm forced to agree with the others who are in favor of not having chevrons 8 and 9 lit.

Dude that is a work of art very nicely done. Very professinal looking. What if you put two back to back and had a base to slip into as to enter from either side. Just a thought never really got into the show but have seen it a few times and you work is awesome.
