Just a note, the flash hiders that are already machined are the ANH version, the blanks are the TFA and I will post a pic as soon as they are done.
the hole for the barrel on the TFA version is smaller, just for the barrel to go in, the barrel is just over 7/8"

Wait, so we don't need to cut the barrel of the HFC box cannon? Or is that just for fitting?

You need to cut it if you want The Look, the HFC cannon has to finish just when the holed inverted cone starts. The thing you don't have to do it is sanding, looks like perfect fit.

After dry fitting you can cut the HFC barrel to the correct accurate length. It will be easy to mark with bull barrel attached.

You will need to grind off the front sight to fit the bull barrel over. ; )

I will take another shot square on tomorrow, you can't see it in the top pic because of the angle but the orange plastic piece sticks out of the flash hider about 1/8 inch or so.
Theoretically you can just leave it but you will still have to cut the sight off.

I just got my DEC M19 Scope in the mail yesterday, luckily I was able to snag the very last one he had in stock! This thing is spot-on and amazing. It makes my ESB Luke DL-44 look like it literally jumped right off the screen and into my hand. Can't wait to receive my ANH DL-44 Kit next! After I finish up with that the TFA Kit will be next. Thank you so much dmachinist for making such amazing replicas and kits, definately well worth ever penny!

The HFC barrel uncut sticks out about 1/4 inch, if you remove the orange plastic it will be just inside of the flash hider

Only worked 1/2 day today, trying to get the kits out as fast as possible, I need some better machinery soon!
I don't know about the ESB yet, I think there is someone else making that one?
