Hi, when I go to the link provided in the email I received, I'm running into some problems.
If I sign in it takes me away from the product page. If I place the kit in my cart and then sign in, it tells me I have nothing in the cart.
Placing it in the cart from a fresh page and pressing checkout results in another empty shopping cart.
Help and advice requested, please. Thanks.

There are 2 kits DEC makes. One for the Denix/MGC ANH version, and this new one for the TFA version for the HFC.
The two base guns are essentials the same size and similar to the real Mauser Hero prop. The parts fit all the versions...
the ANH kit would fit the Airsoft too but may require some extra fitting/ filling to adjust slightly. There are members who have done this already.
Make sure you are in only one browser tab and are signed in to the DEC web site, then try placing the order,

I'm sooo hyped, ha ha! Question, do you cross check the order with the forum user name, or the e-mail urser name? Is it the same? It's my first (not my last) order to DEC...
orders are processed with the customer information provided, there is no cross checking for names on the RPF forum

Wow, great job with that Denix! This is pretty much the exact finish I'm looking to achieve with my Denix and some Aluminum Black .... I've read a ton of methods, most of them pretty much the same. Anything in particular that you did here? Unless I'm seeing it wrong and it's paint or something else, that is. Thanks!

i personally used just natural oil. It will darken with age to a natural "vintage" look.
You can use any color that suits you. Some prefer the dark, some the light... ; )

You prob know of this. They list KWC but maybe a call to them?
The KWC would probably be ok as well. The kit will likely fit this version too. The only possible issue may be the grill but the mags are prob the same so the mag well is likely the same dims too..
