Or just buy the one for sale in the junk yard by HDTHEATER. I just bought one of his and it is spot on. I just need to paint it. And for the price it was totally worth it. ($60+ shipping)

With no option to make it myself...I agree it's not a bad price.

But as I have a CNC and a stack of exotic woods...easier to make it myself. And for 80.00 I could CNC it out of a chunk of ebony...or at least African Mahogany

Well that changes things :lol... if you a CNC machine on hand, you would be crazy not to make one instead of buying one :thumbsup

Well done! I've got nothing but respect for you folks that can do this stuff by hand.

I've just started using foam board. Learned the hard way not to spray paint it

They are part of The Mechanical Kingdom series. There was (is?) an exhibit off Main Street at Disneyland back in March and they had lots of artwork too. I was hooked immediately.
