Disneyland and Walt Disney World Props, Pieces, and Inspiration

I just acquired this today from the Company D store, but none of the cast members knew where it was from. Some thought is came from a window display on Main Street and some thought is was used to display product by Small World. It has 4 attachments that have tower bases and then a wooden dowel. The clock is wired to work, I just have to hook it up to a power source.

I'm still trying to figure out where in the park it came from. If anyone knows can you let me know?

I'm still on vacation till the 10th but I will post more pics when I get home and put it all together.

I'll do some digging and see if I can figure out where this is from.

Thank you guys for all your help. As I said I'm still on vacation and didn't bring a laptop so searching on my phone is a rough. So thanks again for looking too! I can't wait to figure out where this came from.

My two Disneyland Signs.

The signs each measure over 16ft in length, over 9ft in height, and weigh about 500lb+ each. .

Is anybody aware of scale models of the Monorails? I know Master Replicas did a Mark I a few years ago, but that was it. I am thinking 1:18 scale or bigger.

Thanks,

-Eric

I am really enjoying this thread. Huge Disney fan. Adventureland is my favorite. I love seeing all of the cool tiki stuff. As far as prop replicas, I have the drummer that I just mentioned, the miniature fountain, and the tiki room sign. Thanks for sharing all of your things. Makes me so jealous!

I have this guy and he is my favorite of any of my Disney props

Love to get my hands on one of these some day...or at least a couple dozen good reference shots!

Just put a plaque on this guy. Pleased with how it turned out.

Trader Sam's Grog Grotto Aloha shirt. Since I'm not going till September, I picked this up on eekBay. Price was actually reasonable given previous Aloha shirt purchases.

I just picked up the same. I have a significant collection of Disney Aloha shirts.

Someone needs to do a run on the tiki drummer. Been looking for one for a while now and anyone that comes up is crazy priced. Anyone looking for something fun like this to do a run on I'm in for 2!

I've had a couple chances to get my hands on one, but never have the funds when the opportunity comes up. If I ever do end up with one, I'll definitely do a run as I plan to remove it from the base anyway. But if someone else beats me to it I'd gladly be in for at least 1, possibly 2. Such a shame the prices are always so insane when they come up for sale these days. For a period they were available for only $99 online when they started clearing their inventory!

Love this thread. I remember someone did a run on the Haunted Mansion plaque and I had to pass because of funds.

It's not perfect, but if you watch the Disney Store, they sell a full sized one for only $95. The paint job isn't that great, but it's good enough for most people or to refinish.
