Ok so I emailed support last week, here is what i asked and their response.

ME:
"While I wait to receive the USS Enterprise diecast replica I ordered (Order #48). I’ve been seeing social media posts with Pictures and Videos from people in Australia showing theirs which they received 2 to 3 weeks ago. I was wondering how some people in Australia have been able to get one when it looks like Tomy hasn’t even started shipping yet?

The worst part of waiting is the not knowing, In an email it was mentioned that shipping would start on Oct 6th but there has been no further information released on shipping since then. If there are problems that are causing a delay it would be better to know then to be kept in the dark.

Looking forward to hearing from you and receiving my order.

TOMY Response:

"Hi, the orders have been started and are being shipped. Your order is loaded and should leave here soon, you will receive and email once it leaves here and tracking.

Seems they are still being vague. My order number is under 50 so if they are shipping in the same order in which they were ordered I should be in the first batch or 2 going out. I'll update here if/when I get my shipping confirmation.

Bummer I think I am 64 so I'm in the second batch. So hopefully things will get moving fast this week into next week when batch no.2 hopefully moves forward.

It would seem to be a very small number. You told him the ones in Australia didn't count, right?

It almost seems like they really don’t want to answer any queries as to why/how we in Australia were able to receive our pieces.

By tomorrow it’ll be exactly a full month since I unboxed mine.

Agreed. TOMY said they’d start shipping the 6th and you’ll get a notice when yours does. Just because nobody here has received notice yet, doesn’t mean they are being deceitful, hiding “bigger problems than we know”, or the cargo ship has been intercepted by “pirates“ (ha ha ha!).

Older people should get theirs first as their number is already up with the Reaper !

I feel like even though I canceled, I should not get mine sooner than other people farther down the line don't get theirs.
