Yeah a scam. LOL! Everyone gets these...wonder if they ever really work? LOLIt's a really bad time to be getting one of these SCAM text messages? Is it my Enterprise. I know it's not, but....damn, I hate Scammers.

Given the responses that have been posted from TOMY ( Thanks all for posting those by the way ) they think the order is still in the "processing" stage -- i.e. Before shipping. If the item is backordered and not in stock to be picked and shipped, you can bet it is in a "processing" state in the support agent's computer. But we have been seeing "still in processing" status for our orders for over a week now. If they they are using their normal warehouse process ( maybe not) then they would normally expect processing to be 1-2 days given th info on the website. Delays much longer than that would most likely indicate they either don't have them in stock to pick, or there is an administrative hold on them - i.e. they have some other issue they are working through. Maybe they plan to double box them, and don't have the right size boxes (China uses metric, somone ordered boxes in imperial) , or they have a quality control issue - either damage in shipment or they don't have the right instructions in the box - etc and they are working to correct that before shipment. Or maybe management is very bothered by the reaction and cancellations and is delaying shipment to see what can be done (different stands, support modifications ) to mitigate what they see as a black eye on the Prestige line. . Or someone said, "hey the more people we frustrate into cancelling orders, the more units we have to sell at $1200-1700 (or more) a pop" All we have evidence of is a longer that what would be expected "processing" time given the date they told was was a "ship date" (i.e. AFTER processing is done)
Hey they're not all Scams. I just got a two million dollar check from Nigeria !

Congrats, on getting the notice. Though it looks like the are NOT shipping in them in the order they were ordered. My order # is lower than 55 and I have not received a shipping notice. Maybe layer today

If man is still alive …If it's taken this long to get to #55 it'll probably be 2525 by time they get thru all of the orders.
I wouldn't t assume there's 2 people working on this if I were you.
