Unlimited Run Dick Tracy watch body and face

I made this for a customer, and now you can DIY your own Dick Tracy watch. Here are photos of the parts printed in Rhodium Plated brass straight from shapeways along with a fud watch face.


The watch back fits into the body with a 1/8" wide by 1/16" Rare Earth magnet.

I definitely plan to pick up one of these. Do you know what your customer is using for the mesh and how he'll create the white background and hands for the watch? What's he using for the side buttons? Is the customer creating a working watch or just a prop? Looks awesome either way.

I'm waiting on all that info. He said he ordered all the parts, and after he checks to make sure they fit, he will supply me with the links. Any update on the mesh? Also if i am buying multiple parts do the items go to a cart or do i have to buy them individually. Thanks, very nice stuff.

Been so long, I dont even remember what he did. You have to buy metal parts on shapeways individually, but I think the shopping cart still combines shipping.
