DESTINY: HOOD OF THE EXILE (foam)

I've made a lot of costumes, but this will be my first foam build. 38 pieces in the helmet template, and I've got 7 weeks to make it - am I crazy?

You could probably do it on a weekend if you've got experience with foam fabrication. If not, you'll probably be able to do it in a week or two with the right glue and a sharp knife. I'd recommend contact cement, but you can also use hot glue or superglue/cyanoacrylat.
