That's pretty much what the Customer Service Rep told me for the Death Trooper releases. I sure hope it's true as I have two of the three on pre-order.

Watching Mark in that video is painful because he never stops moving his hands while he's speaking. He's very animated.

I asked Denuo Novo customer support about my Anovos preorder of the Patrol Trooper helmet. Below is the reply.

Thanks for reaching out! This order was just sent to our IT team on Friday to upload. They are working to upload all ANOVOS orders this week and we hope to begin shipping these very soon. You should expect to receive tracking by the end of September.

I just noticed that the regular Death Trooper helmet is not showing as a pre-order item. This is giving me hope that the Specialist helmet will be shipping soon.

I received an email from Denuo Novo showing the Death Trooper Specialist helmet as IN-STOCK!

Hopefully this means mine will be shipping soon.

The product page still shows it as a pre-order.

I Pre-Ordered the DT Specialist last December and have heard crickets since. I'm now moving house, so they'll likely send it just as I move out. Perfect timing...

Thanks for reaching out! The Death Trooper Specialist Helmet is currently en route to us and we expect to receive it in the next couple weeks. Once the inventory is processed, we will begin shipping. We expect to have all preorders and backorders fulfilled by the end of 2024 at the latest.

I placed my order in December of 2023. I actually switched my regular Death Trooper order over to the Specialist. I just don't understand why the product page still states "pre-order" if they're sending out emails that it's in stock.

I've seen a couple of posts of people's DN DT helmets on the Denuo Novo/Anovos Collectors Group on FB. It looks far better than the prototype helmet they had on display at their SDCC 2023 booth.

I've seen a couple of posts of people's DN DT helmets on the Denuo Novo/Anovos Collectors Group on FB. It looks far better than the prototype helmet they had on display at their SDCC 2023 booth.

They also seem to be shipping with the old Anovos polystyrene box packaging as opposed to the soft bag.

I believe the polystyrene box packaging is used for the helmets made overseas. The ones made in the U.S. have the soft bag and foam peanuts.

I actually sent another email yesterday asking why the product page still shows "pre-order", yet I received an email stating it's in stock. No response yet, but they tend to be slow about responding.

Hi all just curious when is the last time someone actually received a helmet from Denuo Novo thinking of ordering but was burned by Anovos and still sulking lol ( I did get refunded after 3 years of waiting I did a chargeback through my bank in Aust)

I haven't seen anything on here or Youtube of people doing reviews in a while makes me very anxious about ordering anything , if you have received anything recently please respond with pics would love to see what the quality is like cheers

I have orders for the First Order Snow Trooper and Patrol Trooper helmets, but have not received shipping notices yet. I will post photos when I receive them.

I have received multiple helmets from Denuo Novo: Two Imperial Royal Guards and an Imperial Shore Trooper. I also received a DN Gold Leader X-Wing helmet, but that was from Big Bad Toy Store. These have all been a while. I have the Death Trooper Specialist and the Concept Death Trooper ordered and waiting very impatiently for them to arrive.

DT Specialist and Concept are showing up as in stock on the website now. For a little while they were showing as out of stock. Should hopefully be seeing those buckets sometime soon.
