I was wondering before I attach the surrounds to the reactor how everyone with the mark 6 went about doing their silver surround ^^^^ and their "film" to the lights of their reactor? cheers!

Re: Robo3687 - IRON MAN Mark 4/6 Pepakura FOAM Templates -Easy to Build "Green" Versi

Hey guys, been skulking around for a while and just finished this is 7 hrs flat, a little rough around the edges but hey I'm impressed, didn't think I would have the skills.

Quick question tho, I used the modified Stealth helmet pep file and it came up very small? What did I do wrong?

I just fits on the top of my head, I thought the standard file size would be good for the average head.

I may have messed up and used the LETTER files instead of the A4 ones as I am in the UK, but I thought even in that instance the difference wouldn't be sooo different.

Any ideas?

Thanx

DB

Been lurking around, admiring the works here.
Thanks to all Rhodes involved to make this pep and foam
Friendly.

With 3 weeks of work, here's where I am.
Instagram

I have 1-2hours tops perday; a day job, housework n 3 kids is no joke, it's really a gd escape outlet.

I'm deciding to take this on as my End Of Course Project for one of my classes at school.

I was wondering about how much foam I'll need for this. About how much are you guys all using?

Here's another test fit with an incompleted bicep
Instagram

I'll have to see the biceps when it is done but right now the arms and shoulder bells look pretty big compared to the chest and back. Good job on putting it together though. It looks like a good job on the construction.

Thanks for the pointer.having such a positive comment really boosted my morale!
After having a go at a 10% bigger chest and liking the fit, I scaled allthe other parts by 10% as well. It should look proportionate. Could be perspective Of the pics. More updates later

Re: Robo3687 - IRON MAN Mark 4/6 Pepakura FOAM Templates -Easy to Build "Green" Versi

I have a build starting of Iron Man Mark II,IV,V,VI,VII and the War Machine armor. I want to start a thread on it, but EVERYONE has a thread on an Iron Man armor now. Would you RPF members be interested enough in the thread? If so I will start it soon.
