Hey all!
New to the RPF, and figured I would share part one of my Deathstroke (Ark.Orig.) EVA Build.
I started with one of my ironman masks that i found on sale for $3.50 at my local Meijer.

I put several coats of bondo to fill in the cheeks, and creases.
and I used duct tape as a backing to coat over the mouth, and eye.
I used a bondo mix with more hardener in it around the eye, so i could have it set up faster and not lose the almond shape.
Once I had an overall shape I was happy enough with, I used Rubber-Seal to coat the entire mask. I went with 2 coats.
I used flat black primer as the black coat, and gloss orange as the other. I added some blackwash to the orange half, using water and black spray paint.
A few "Random" swipes and blotches with the blackwash, I did a light mist of black over the orange to tone it down a bit.
I tried using a carbon fiber tape over the black, and it looked kinda cool, but wouldnt lay flat, so i took it off. However when i did, i took of paint and rubber seal in some areas, forcing me to redo the areas. Lesson learned.
Thanks for looking guys and gals!
