I think my momma told me once that if all else fails... read the instructions. I think that's what I ended up doing but it is true, the hull pieces do have to go on in a certain order. One overlaps the other in order to give it that seamless look. When I first started putting them on I couldn't figure out why they weren't fitting right, until I went back and looked at the instructions and discovered they had to go on in a certain order. I smacked my head!

Deagostini have just stated that the instruction steps must be followed in order and they will not reimburse you for parts you **** up. You will have to re buy any parts from the shop (as issues) so if it says nothing about screwing the hull panels on then don't do it.
I called this back during ComicCon when I first saw it. I know it sounds crazy and people assume it's a one of a kind for the show but I disagree.
My prediction, based on nothing but my own opinion , is Hot Toy will offer a full 1/6 Falcon over a period of numerous years.
Sure say I am crazy, it will never happen, there is no room for most people,... Just wait.
Kids need to learn responsibility and help pay for themselves. Have them help pay and or go to Junior College first. Much cheaper and the degree from their transferred to four year University is still the same. College degrees are not what they used to be. Have them go to a good trade skill or just get the heck out on their 18th birthday.
Easy choice. FALCON!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Very cool! Not sure where anyone could put this other than your garage. They also need to adjust the quad laser cannon size. Way too big! Makes it look toyish. The jaw box looks like the FM IMO.
Yes the 1/6 MF is impressive but I have the same feelings about it as the 1/6 TIE fighter they had at Comic Con. It looks like they have just accurately scaled up the details from the model, without adding any new details appropriate to the larger scale. So it ends up looking like a large version of the Studio Scale model, rather than a 1/6 scale version of the full size Falcon. As kokkari said, looks toyish.
The 1/6 scale interior cockpit they had on display looked gorgeous with lots of finely scaled details, at least on the inside. The outside was very plain.

That's exactly it. You nailed it! It looks simply scaled up rather than adding additional detail necessary to make it look more legit for it's size.
