Companies develop the product and vendors provide quotes for finished product. They would have designed the product via cad or whatever and then gotten their quotes. I doubt any company would bet everything on one product. Now when it comes to replacing parts that people complain about, such as the nose cone, that is a question of whose at fault. If it is the vendor then it will fall under vendor compliance and we will probably see a replacement and it not we will likely not see one due to cost. The hull color issues should fall under the vendor compliance and they will either replace or have charge backs.
