Just got a PM that my saber was shipped (again?), also with no tracking number, but a FULL COLORED saber that I didn‘t even ordered??!

I tried to answer the concerns and questions, in PMs. Again, as i KNOW now all the uninstalled hilts are out, at least one of you got more than bargained for (well, it is free now ). Tracking numbers as soon as can get my hands on hte papers physically.

I have no patience anymore, but thank you anyway.
Again, if I won‘t get something more useful until Friday, I want my money back. If the wrong shipped saber will arrive anyway until that point or after it, you will receive it back. You can quote that statement as proof.

I just got this PM from him.

"I was for like 2 minutes. I answered everyone via PMs. YOU are mostly sick of bull**** ( you can write it down, i can handle it ), if you ready everything carefully, i wrote that it is NOT a one man project and - sadly- i had tolearn from it a lot.
I AM delivering, people are getting the hilts as i HAVE to handle this task as well, over my other things - as this is not my primary work.

But thank you for your patience, as i told you will have your trackig number asap, when i can physically get the papers. Only the installs remained in the workshop, but that is the concern of the installer and the ones who ordered them.

This is the bull**** reply I got from Venom to my paypal complaint.


The saber is shipped. You will get the tracking number in 24 hours and as being shipped i can't offer refund.There wasn't a deadline to the manufacturing as well we does not offer refunds.Still your ordered item is on its way, what proof i have now is the bills for shipping, as i wrote earlier, tracking will come in 24 hours.


WTF is that???

A reply to your PayPal claim. To get more specific again, i wrote what it is: you will get the tracking number,as i can get my hands on the physical papers, until that the fact is that the hilts are shipped, but i want to confirm it.
You can consider everything lies, it is your decision, but i like to keep this thread spam free as much as i can, because sometimes when i need to find information it isn't easy to find back.
Again, i write here if someone want to have this again: i had to make some items re-manufactured by my own account as well as it obviously seems this team doesn't work as intended. Still trying to be as fast as i possibly can.

So if i can ask, keep questions PMed: easier to answer and still you can use them as "Proof".

I can't even get a tracking number for something that has allegedly shipped so getting an actual saber would obviously mean you fulfilled your end of the transaction and I'll drop the claim (if it's what I paid for). If you were just honest with everyone and posted real updates instead of lying for months on end, then you wouldn't have been an issue.

Jomamma, he said the same stuff to me until I asked for a refund. I got my tracking number less than 24 hours after that. Postage was purchased that day and the package was pinged by UPS as picked up the next day. I received the hilt two days later. (Yeah, he paid for two day UPS from Budapest) As you all know I got the free weathering upgrade I did not ask for.
