It's definitely a cut above all other commercial offerings so far. He got the arm attachment seams correct, which is something no commercial outlet has done. (Not surprising, since it's rather unconventional and a mish-mash of different styles.) It also appears that he got the outer back seams correct, which is another nice surprise because it's pretty hard to see that there are hidden folds/pleats there unless you really study the original.
Offhand I can see about 5-10 things to change to make it darn-near as close as can be expected without source material, if your guy is interested in getting it even closer to the real one.
Would still like to know what kind of fabric was used for the body. Also, is the printed pattern pigmented (i.e. red opaque) or clear (fabric showing through)?
The sizing info is also a bit hard to understand. Are they measured laying "flat" from the outside? (i.e. size M 19back+22.5chest= total chest circumference 41.5?) From where are the arms measured? (From the tip of the actual shoulder seam/edge, where it would be on a "normal" jacket or from there the fabric shoulder yoke ends?)

Definitely interested pending the answers to the above questions.
Also, the zippers... Since Staar Lord Maan is doing a run, how hard would it be to use them? I think those interested would be willing to wait for those to come in if they could be used.

I already have the replacement zipper so I'm fine with getting it quicker but if you don't already have one this is a great idea!

OK awesome! I'll measure my current jacket as I like the fit of it and send payment and a size ASAP! Any word on if we can get it without the patch on the left arm?

Hey guys! We are still checking on the cuffs and degradation on the back but great news! We WILL be able to sell you the jackets without arm badge, valve and/or zippers! I can't add any more products from another sellers here on therpf to the jacket without increasing both the price and the waiting period, but if you want a really accurate design Staar Lord Maan has just the exact zippers and Risu has got (in my opinion) the best arm badge I've seen yet. They are quite cheap too, and that way the price and the waiting period stay the same

It won't affect the price, once you have molds they are quite cheap, but if you want though I can send them separately, I noticed the badge's main problem is not so much shape as it is color, so I'll try and paint mine before buying one.
