Cylon New Series

This is my first build and I think I may have bit off more than I can chew. Anyways, I really liked the new series centurions so I decided I'd build one... I started a little on Monday night and a couple hours more this evening... it's coming along:

I'm building it up by CNC carving 1.5" foam insulation and gluing the layers together. This picture shows 5 of these layers.

I'm new to all of this so if anyone has any suggestions or comments, please speak up.
