Yeah it makes sense what youre sayin mate, I'll try it. I suspect however that my problems have to do not that much with entrapped air while pouring, I made lots of vents in my molds so I can see that the fluid reaches all most important places (I use syringe for pouring) The pain is that the air bubbles tend to appear out of nowhere in the moment the resin starts to set (!) I have read that it could be connected to humidity in the air or wrog proportions. I don't think its the latter in my case so, now what?

Atm one cast out of six comes flawless or with defects that could be accepted. My plan is: to try different resin like 305, to redesign molds, in worst case scenario I'll buy or borrow a pressure chamber. Anyways it have to be done, now I can only apologise some of you for my hurray optimistic prediction for the finish date.. Well it will take some longer but I think its worth to wait.
