Started work on this Vader on and off, mostly off, for about 15 years now and during that time the Vader figure has gone through several iterations of parts, improvements and problems over the years and it's finally finished... for now. I thought I would share it here with others that share the same obsession to attain perfection and for the sake of prosperity that I actually pulled this off when I could have just quit and bought a Darth Vader figure instead. Many thanks to the people here at RPF for the wealth of information, reference images, tips, and expertise available that helped get me through this project.
