Excellent work. 
I read it twice, just to make sure I understood what you did... pretty much everything.
I've done a few small parts molds for my heads, but I haven't worked my way down to 1/6th yet, nore am I an expert. I don't go into detail about how I molded but my 'attempt at a mini bust' may or may not give you any ideas. I treated them a little like the guys treat their full size heads, but with a one piece mold. I haven't yet made a production mold but I'd be happy to share what I've done with what I have. I now have the capability to degas and pressure cast in this scale though.
Thanks to georgieboy26, I even experimented with making 1/6th latex dreads.

Wow, that is an amazing job there, totally impressed.
On my Berserker, I can get the left arm to move kind of, the rest of the joints are super tight. I've heard some people have had them snap on them trying to get them to loosen up a bit.
The HT P1 body is very short. I don't know, I like all the HT Predators, but there is something just very "off" about the HT P1. I can't place my finger on it.
Some HT Predators just look better "masked" IMHO, like Guardian and P1, some look better unmasked and mandibles out, like Beserker and Lost Green.
I wish this line was much cheaper on the secondary market, more people would experiment and we'd see more customs.

try using a warm hair dryer on the stiff joints, sometimes this makes them easier to move

Yes, now that is how the Predator should look! I agree that there was something just "off" about the HT P1, enough that I cancelled it. (regret that now after seeing your mod.) Same with the new pred's, just didn't care for them.

Yeah you're right about HT P1, it could have been done better for this money. Its hard to understand especially when looking at, for example, their Terminator 2 which is perfect in terms of movie likeness.
I've bought the Berserker body on Ebay and its articulation is quite good exept for the knees. As Georgieboy said, hair dryer helps.

Had chance to see some of yur early kids-clay models live, even those made a dozen or so yrs ago (The Shark, The F22 etc.- u know what I'm talkin'bout'?) and must say, what u do is true craftmanship. Ever considered working as a dentist or prosthodontist? ;-)
So, again: well done- first mission overcome! What's next- gettin' to the choppa?

Thanks. I did not make the dreads, they came from HTP1, they just have new paint on the rings. I will make copies of the headsculpt when I finish the whole and if enyone still wants it by then.

The more I look at this, the more I like it! The new body really complete's the
the bulk and size of the Predator. I think that this would work well for a P2 mod too.
I love the HS, you defiantly have some serious skills going on there.
Can't wait to see the final figure. What are you doing for the netting? ( I would assume that the
HT netting is too small to stretch over this body.)
