Been very seriously considering this for a while now, they look excellent!
I'm a bit confused- are you selling these (or converting them) to remove the lacquer and expose the copper plating, or was that just your own personal one? I couldn't tell form the pictures. Thanks

All recent conversions I have been doing have had the lacquer removed so I can give them the in order for the brushed metal finish.

Marbled core has been sold. Standard green conversions are still available though.

Anyways I was wondering if your still doing this. I also have a few questions.

Do you build it in advanced or build only on request? if on request how long does it usually take?

I live in Hawaii. will that be an issue at all?

Do you still have the milky green emitters?

Any risk on the buyers side? for example if I send my remote to you and something breaks during contruction am i going to get a broken mess in the mail with a letter attached saying "sorry it didnt work"? (I apologize if that sounds insulting or insensitive but it is a question i feel that i need to ask before dropping 300-400 dollars)

do you send the left overs back aswell?

I occasionally build sonics in Advance, but not very often. After I get all the necessary components, It usually takes about two weeks. As for you living in Hawaii, there should be no issue at all. Shipping might take a day or two longer, but that's it. As for the milky emitters, I am fresh out. Those only came with the marbled sonic cores and those are sold out. As for risk on your part, there really isn't any. If I completely destroy your remote or toy, then I simply order another one out of my own pocket, simple as that. I do these conversions knowing full well that someone has poured their hard earned money into it and such treat these sonics will all due care and respect. As for the left over parts, namely the empty CO Toy shell, I can send them back if you wish.

Hello everyone, just wanted to let you know that for anyone interested in a sonic, I will be out of town for a week or so during the last week of December. That being said, for anyone from here on in that secures their spot via down payment will receive their sonics 1st or 2nd week of January. All current/pending conversions are still on track for Christmas delivery.

A rather interesting development. As anyone can imagine, things can and do get lost. In this case, one of my marbled cores from my limited run some months ago. Naturally I had to cast up another marbled core to replace the lost one. As luck would have it, during a cleanout of my shop this afternoon, I happened to find said lost core. So, if anyone is interested in a sonic with a marbled core, do drop me a line. $450 for a marbled core sonic...the last of its kind.
