CEREAL KILLL3R'S - Halo 3 Master Chief (WIP with Videos)

Dave, you continue to impress with your work and attention to detail. I've found your videos, along with information provided here by other members, very helpful. Helps out to actually see somebody doing the work. Continue to share your techniques and your awesome videos!

Mr Cereal K, you are the best thank you so much for the tutorials, I saw all of them and thanks to you I know how to avoid some fiber glassing on my War Machine suit, specially the HD file, also I know have a way to separate the back from the chest, I gave you a shout out on my thread....Once again thank you sir....

That is an epic build thread, grats dude some amazing skills you have! How long before you're moulding the chest and back?

Keep up the good work!!

This... has inspired me to begin converting my old storage building into a workshop.

I have zero experience doing anything like this, but your videos are just so detailed and helpful, I honestly think I could probably get a good start and make something halfway decent now. Mad props to you sir, you are awesome.

It's sooo good ... I brought the helm...awesome work Dave...I'm in the middle of a warmachine build but loved this sooo much I'm inspired to make a MasterChief next! Just as well I will have your helm to give me the inspiration to build!! Cheers

Thanks everyone!
Things have come to somewhat of a crawl over the past month or so. My wife and I have been house shopping and planning a move which is now happening at the end of this month. Updates have been scarce, I know :(

I am when I have time, working on the suite and taking video. I will hopefully be posting an update soon!

Cheers all and thanks for following!
Dave/Cereal.

I can feel for you there. My MkVI Halo armor has come to damn near a stop since the beginning of the year because of buying a house/ moving/ getting settled in. I'm finally getting all the pieces to get my garage workspace setup.

Exactly!
Well, the one positive that will come out of this move, is that I will be building a workshop from scratch! Which will give me a 20' x 25' space which will be good to go all year round!

Quite excited!

Hmm... I think I might just do a video series on its construction! Lol

Cheers,
Dave

Can't wait to be green with envy at your workshop, as I'm already green with envy about your skills. Good luck with the move man! My fiancee and I just bought and moved into a house together and during the process my fully pepped Iron Man and Master Chief helmet got smashed :(

Your attention to detail is amazing. I am an impatient person in regards to fine tuning and I have to say your a lot less impatient than I am ;)

Seconded

Also, this is a really well documented build. It's made me realize I need to take more pictures and not have giant gaps in my work while its happening - as a viewer its much easier to tell how long you've worked on these details. And watching stuff go from rough to smooth is in stages is awesome.

Ouch!
Our move is costing us $2400 for the movers. I'll pay it gladly as they are going to pick up and load everything, then drop it all off in the rooms we choose... that and there is insurance if they f&#k anything up!

Even still... Master Chief rides with me! :)

I does take a lot of time to make sure that everything is documented, but it's time that I feel was well spent. I agree with you about the time factor. Sometimes I don't realize how long it took to do a specific task until it's all posted and I can see the dates... hrm... maybe I'm too slow! lol

Glad you're enjoying!

Cheers,
Dave.
