I bought a TNG Two-piece tunic from Cosermart on ebay for my Data cosplay. Overall I'm very happy with it, but it's definitely too long, even when I fold under the bottom for that later season 'muffin-top' look. With all the asymmetric panel lines I'm not sure where to begin to take it in to keep the proportions right. Has anyone had any experience altering these tops?
As a side note, I'm also thinking of adding in some subtle shoulder padding to even out the shape of my broad, bony shoulders - are there any recommendations for accurate-looking pads or would I have to make them myself?
