Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

the logo on the temple reminds me of the one some hawkers sunglasses have
**Apologies, not a Stark eyewear post**

Ok, so I don't think it's a "leopard print" anymore on the Thor wayfarer's.
After much searching around, I think that they are....

Giorgio Armani "frames of life" AR 8060 5042 R5 matte black....

I think the side arm is a "blurred" Giorgio Armani logo..

And blurred to look similar....

To me, everything else matches up too, the shape/size, the matte black color, the thin arms and silver triangle temple dot details...what do you all think??
4k res. pics should hopefully confirm later.

Those are the ones I had come across but wasn’t sure because of the temple whether it was the name Armani or a pattern. Nice to have another set of eyes see it too! Appreciate it!!!

I took the liberty of playing the blu ray on my 82 inch tv and taking a snap with my phone. Great job you are correct about the Armanis

Somehow managed to double up on the Prada's - (Always a good idea to have a spare!).

1st rule of eyewear spending...."why buy one when you can have two for twice the price!" :D

I think I'm going to experiment with different color lenses to see what they look like.

Also, "slightly related", my best attempt to match up the "Bromley's" tie...just need the 3000's!!

I can't find one, let alone two hahaha

Sorry to drag the eyewear back to the very start, but I wondered if the movie lenses in the RB 3320's are the stock lenses from the 042/8z, or possibly custom.

It'll probably just be the lighting, but IMO, the movie versions look a bit darker brown than below.....

My first ever frames were the RB 3320 041/13, but these were in gunmetal with gradient brown lenses and not "solid brown" with shiny satin silver frames as per the 042/8z in IM1.

I ended up with 3 pairs, but I put the brown gradient lenses into the 042/8g shiny satin silver frame (that originally had grey lenses) to get a bit closer to screen accurate...

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find the 042/8z in new condition without any scratches on the lenses etc. due to their age.

There are many ebay sellers (Fuse lenses etc.) that sell non-genuine, "solid" brown lenses and wondered if anyone here had bought some, or actually have the 042/8z and think that with indoor (Humvee) lighting, they agree they are the correct lenses.

I don't have a Funvee to test the lighting, but have always known the gradients are incorrect.

I do want to get these right, because of the significance of them being the first IM frames to be on screen.

Hey everyone, can you help me with these ? I'm almost sure they're NDG-1s but I can't find them in translucent grey, that's why I'd like your opinion :

Even though the image isn't that clear, even when screenshot and expanded, I'm going to have a guess at Cutler And Gross 1168 in Transparent Grey (smokey quartz) with custom blue lenses....

Found some NDG-1 1094/52 in a kinda clear frame, but they are described as "clear beige" or "buff".

If we could just get a better screenshot that shows the detailing, we could ID them pretty quickly.

Yeah, I've seen them too, but they look very yellowish, maybe it's the lighting or the green lenses that are making them look like that
