Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

They forgot my whole order. LOL I got an e-mail a few days after I placed it saying they had high volumes of traffic and while my order was received I didn't get an e-mail confirmation. 2 weeks later nothing had arrived. I wrote to them and they were quick to respond and send out my glasses. Unfortunately they arrived damaged.

I've written back to them.

these ones look great, I already asked my opticians when they will arrive at his shop. then I’ll decide wether to go clear optical lenses or maybe our usual red. is it only my impression or rdj wears less colored lenses at public events now that he doesn’t play tony anymore?

Yeah, the Bellechasse frame is a pretty cool mix of curves and angles.
I too have noticed that lately the lens tints seem to be leaning away from the usual colors worn at past events and movie premieres during the TS era.

Apologies in advance for the diversion away from OG designer frames, but I thought I'd lower the tone and post some pics of a few cheap replica frames, a kinda "RDJ frames if on a budget featurette post" thing.

Also found (On AliExpress) some $58 replica JMM Ascari!!

I've ordered some light blue (Ascari Titan?) to see what they are like and also because there's a good likelihood they'll be taken down...

They are supposed to be of decent quality, with good hinges and after asking the seller, seem to have all the brand markings, etchings and frame info. etc...

Etched lenses as well as a replica attempt at a JMM presentation box, pouch and cloth...

They don't seem to have any "Clear" frame light blue lens versions, nor any matt black red lens "Division" versions as yet.

I'll probably put some custom light red in the "Titan" versions to act as JMM Ascari "Division" everyday wear placeholders, even though the frame isn't matt black.

I'll post pics when they arrive.

I'm still searching for that bargain pair of genuine JMM Ascari Divisions.

I bought Concept 2 Oversize on Black Friday. The serial number was 1/200. what is going on?

I bought a Black Friday Initium frame also, the Civil War Police collab. I've developed a bit of an allergy to full retail prices lately.

BTW, I want to revisit an old standard for a moment, the OP O'malley with purple lenses. Are we sure these are the semi matte Mahogany? They seem darker and more glossy to me.

The arms are set a fair bit out away from the lens edge though, it's more equivalent to a 50 to 52mm frame at least, I think. Possibly larger.

Am I lucky that I got sunglasses with a number of 1/200? Is the 61mm size limited to 200 pieces? I wonder if the serial number is randomly selected and shipped.
