If only we could all have stopped at 7!!....lol!

Over the years, looking on the internet for IM frame info. - nothing even comes close to this thread for it's knowledge and expertise on the subject. This thread has evolved to be the ultimate "one stop shop", for IM/RDJ eyewear info.
I believe everyone in this whole thread family has contributed to make something great and to be very proud of!! Dudes, I salute you! :D(y)

Anyone pre-order these?
No, but man they are nice....wallet needs some steroids!!
Would have to check the size too....limited to only 350 pieces?! - this is one of those "snooze you lose" moments to "buy now", that is never at a good time!

That's what I'm worried about. I'm not pressed about them because they're still available but the minute they're not I'll be mad. Story of my life.

Let me throw this question out there... How does everyone store their extra lenses? I wrap mine in a soft lens wipe then put them in a box. I wouldn't mind a case to store them in but I can't really find any.

Woah dude, much the same here!...I wrap mine carefully in cut squares of soft white cotton, tape them up on one side and put a tiny PC printed label saying what they are and which frame they came from....they then are stored in the original cases.

Nice man!
Weird, 'cos I was just going post in relation to Concept 2's....

Ok, so looking at the Garrett Leight lenses again, IMO, they are a light grey/very light brown flat color.

Looking at the end of the left lens (his perspective), it looks light grey with a slight touch of very light brown.
IMO, the overall color is derived mainly from skin tone....not too dissimilar from the Concept 2's coloration. I tried them on recently and in certain light, almost achieved the right color....the wood box even darkens down the lenses too!

Apologies, that the wooden box has somehow evolved to become my frames display stand thing! Lol.

Sorry for sending the topics in all directions today, but, just came across these....
Givenchy 7125 rip offs!!...will they not leave anything alone?!..what's next, Bromley copies by the millions?!!

I see they went with gloss black (lol) with full on yellow and also blue lenses....there's no Givenchy intricate metal detail on the inside of the arms or anything!!

But still, as every member/shy lurker is on a different budget, I thought it would be helpful to the thread to post...

I really wany to get the Givenchy frames but I keep putting them off and getting something else.
Probably wise putting them down the "to do list" a bit, as they are still readily available, the right deal will sway you!...don't leave it too late, they could become like the red havanas!! Lol.

Actually, as I've touched on the sore point (for some unlucky dudes!), of the red havana's....no disrespect to Jason in any way shape or form, but if he can make re-creations from discontinued frames from other brands - (Roy Tower and Mosley Tribes), then it would surely follow, that he could re-create from his very own discontinued frame color. Initium still produces in other colors.....so the manufacturing process is already in place, just add some red dye! Lol.

As the Concept 2's and Initium 3000's are both available in "movie accurate" versions, plus many other color combinations, it would make logical sense that the London Calling's, shouldn't only be available exclusively in other colors, but also the "movie version" too....red havana with light grey lenses from IM2 & IM3. Surely demand would be as high as any of his existing "movie accurate" eyewear?
