Can anyone identify this Stormtrooper Helmet?

No, reality is it's apparent you are a TM sympathizer whose desire for him to be innocent is stronger than any 'evidence' that could ever possibly be put forth.

I think it's just a simple case of you not fully understanding just how compelling the pics shown actually are (which seems like more than just you).

That in combination with you just feeling bad for the guy.
Maybe also mixed in with a little disdain for me.

I find this whole subject of recasting a bit of a farce(just my opinion guys, not gospel)! Most helmets are recasts one way or another. Everyone bangs on about who's right and who's not. AA for instance may have recast someone elses helmet/armor but given that he pulled the original pieces in the first place, I would have thought that would give him more right to do so than all these so called mold holders that seem to have the last word on who can or should.
Gino, AP, TE, TE2 etc have all recast something that is not their own work and without it we wouldn't have accurate armor. But it doesn't mean they are right in doing so. But if we want accurate props we have to turn a blind eye. I don't know enough about TM to comment but always thought it was a fan sculpt. Unfortunately I don't think we will ever get to the bottom of it even if we do scientific studies. There are too many factors to take into account. So without a confession of guilt from TM I reply don't see how we can come to a conclusion.
To everyone I have named please don't take offence I only use you as examples to the discussion.
I personally own a SDS, AP, TE and VT lids and armor and without recasts of the originals I wouldn't of had the pleasure. Gino I have never had the opportunity to get my hands on one of your so I can't comment on your craftmanship. But from what I have heard it is second to none.
I just think if a cast is done to a high standard it is not offending this hobby. If it isn't I agree it is damaging.

I'd be happy if it's a recast, that means that my TM helmet is even more screen accurate.

Most (but not all) people supporting TM in this matter think the same.

See, that's what I've been trying to say over and over again.
No evidence would ever be good enough for people who don't want it to be true.

It's already been proven. You just need to get on with accepting it.

Another question from the noob section.

Does Gino produce a helmet that he sells?

What are the origins of his helmet?

And is the claim that TE copied Gino's lid?

Just trying to get an education here.

& I don't see anything posted here yet that has proven anything "beyond a reasonable doubt:rolleyes" although very interesting so far none the less.

Apparently you are not familiar with that language Qui.

There are a lot of other words you probably aren't familiar with:

Such as: traitOR, no honOR, recastOR, supportOR

.

Gino, even if you're the Master recaster, the first recaster, the best recaster, the most experienced recaster, you're still a recaster.

Looks like we never had an end of this....its an unique case(im not talking about TM,but the whole recasting thing on this spesific helmet, okay almost all of it).

As a fan,im sick of this.............

I envy for those star trek fans that can get some accurate props and licensed too! We?!?
I almost buy the one from rubies(there i said it),because the picture looks convincing, but its more ROTJ-i like sandtroopers(ANH armor if you like) but its okay.
When i saw the acctual product:angry:angryi mean i almost buy this crap, after all the money i saved from time to time i reliefed! and angry at the same time!(very2 dissapointed!!)
When it comes to a more(or exact)accurate we're in danger on every angle that i can possibly imagine!!!!!

I dont know where to stand right now......or even get the same excitement like it was used to be:thumbsdown

I did not know we spoke "archaic English" any longer. Nice try though. I guess I should have been clearER...no such word in the modern English lexicon. Better?

Why are you picking a fight with me? I was just stating that it was an exceptable word to use.

This is a civil dispute if you are going to toss out legal terminology and play court then at least use the ones that apply...

"Preponderance of the evidence" is what applies in civil matters, not "beyond a reasonable doubt"

In this case as it stands, I have seen multiple photo evidence posted that shows it's origins as suspicious and all I see as a defense is multiple people saying "no he didn't"

As I have said before, the defense and 'what ifs' tossed up are empty they have very little if any substance, while on the other hand there has been some pretty good accusations tossed up and supported with multiple photos... Ironically the photos tossed up to counter the claims, to me only strengthened my belief in the claims...

At this point if you are to weigh it based on "preponderance of the evidence" then I believe the scale is tipping towards the claimed recast, the other side is empty...

One other thing to note since people like to play court, is that in a civil dispute the right to remain silent is held and counted against you negatively, nearly as bad as an admission of wrong doing...

Court in Session...

Why add the CAP? Ill explain later.
The CAP was my second known point. It is derived from a TE1.

I support CAP for TE recast him. Owning a CAP is like owning a TE that is well made and will ship on time.

So TE recast the recaster that recast him? WTF? That just doesn't make sense to then defend this CAP dude if he's the first offender!

Also... before all gets all bent out of shape. I'd like to ask one simple question. Has anyone seen the "original sculpt molds before this supposedly new and improved "recast" version appeared that made people do a double take on whether it was real or just recast.

Has anyone seen a bird's eye view of the faceplate mold on that and have anyone seen whether this mold had facial bumps in strange places?

Or... did I read it wrong and the "experts" thought it was a recast from the get-go?

If there is consensus that there was an original sculpt at one point... then wouldn't evidence of how that looked from these angles and showing these highlighted areas and whether they look accurate or different to what is shown here speak as to the newest mold and it's origin?

At least I would find such a comparison interesting - the old and new. But maybe not so interesting to those who've already made up their mind one way or another.
