Cod piece was fairly easy, 2 piece it front and back, 1 " foam, cut ur pieces make the front and back plastic sheets a lil bigger than the foam. I used a piece of elastic in between the legs. fits like a giant diaper lol

liquid plastic:
Shell Shock® Brushable Liquid Plastic | Silicone Rubber, Urethane Rubber, Liquid Plastic, Casting Resin, Lifecasting, Epoxy Resin, Rigid and Flexible Foam from Smooth-On

PVC:
Its actually ABS plastic 1/32 thick. from local plastic supplier

and I actually just squeeze my way into it and velco the hockey shoulder pads up once im in lol
