ok, so i started building one too....but gotta find out where you got the dome...i've been looking everywhere. Looking good.

Almost finshed legs...

And..semi finshed all together....legs are 1' foam with a reallythin pvc plastic shell, neoprene(sp) strips for the trim pieces...

YYeah not to be emo but i pretty much gave up on my build because of this.its way too awesome. dont even think i could touch it.:sleep (humbled)

What size of dome did you use??

Truly awesome! Did you cover the styrofoam with clay? If so, seems like it would be a heavy costume. Wow! Just a great job.

I believe it was 14"1/2 and 15" dome... I used liquid plastic over the styrofoam and sanded it smooth...

some questions please:

-what is "reallythin PVC? you glue it on the foam?

-how can you wear it?did you cut the styrene chest in 2 parts and dig the inside?

-when you talk about liquid plastic , is it this kind of product:
