I did more work on my P1 Skull and thought I was done.....wrongo. I placed the mandibles into location as well as the jaw, and it didn't look right to me. Don't know what it is, but it just doesn't look right. I think the lower mandibles might be a bit too long as well.
I'm still stuck on molding it, but it looks like I might do a two part block mold. I want to make it that there isn't any holes to the inside, but I don't want to make it one solid resin piece either.
Here's my theory.....I'll cut out a 1" hole in the mold to pour the resin and then make a plug to fit the hole. I'll try to slush cast it [not sure if it will work or not] without going over the plug hole. After I do a few pours and I think the thickness is decent, I'll pout a good amount in, place the plug in, and have the resin cure over the plug.

Just my theory and not sure if it will work...your thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Onto the pics:
I understand that with tissue and skin added, it will take up some of the space and gaps. But, something does look a bit off though...like the jaw and lower mandibles are a bit too big for it.
I don't have as much detail as the SS version, but to me I looked at the human skull and I don't see an extensive amount of detail in it.
Again, sorry for the mixed clay making it hard to see. I'll probably mold and cast the main skull, then make sure everything else lines up/final adjustments before molding any other parts.
Thanks for looking and comments are always welcome and appreciated.
