Bradley Nelson Star Trek TOS Phaser value and sale?

I need some help and info and was hoping you guys might point me in some direction.

I have an original Bradley Nelson Star Trek TOS Phaser that I am curious of what it is worth and where I might sell it. I have all the documentation of when I bought it back in the the day directly from Mr. Nelson. It is in mint condition and perfect working condition. Tons of pics.

Is this something that should go to an auction house or on Ebay? Been out of the loop for a while and have no idea.
