It looks nice but undersized (a little, could be camera distortion). I'm curious to see it next to an Anovos helmet.

Thank you for those pics ! It is undersized, but not by much.
Looks like the Anovos might have slightly sharper details but overall the Hasbro really nails it.

They are. It was rumored/announced shortly after this one was.
I think Target just pushed ahead the Cardinal helmet to coincide with the rest of their Galaxy Edge products.

Well, I received my shipping notification from Myer today. What a sneaky little surprise this is. My son's going to be one happy little guy this Christmas. Absolutely stoked!
Only question remaining is.. since they are on discount, should I get another now to paint white OR just buy the white one later on at full RRP?

Huh, so it sounds like they're not yet in America then. The helmet was supposed to be a Target exclusive. Weird.

Still makes me mad they're pushing a repainted TLJ helmet as Cardinal, when he had the TFA. When these were announced, I had really, really hoped these would be TFA FOTK buckets. Everyone's got their preferences, and mine is for the initial look. Plus, TFA is accurate for Cardinal, which I want to do and this would give me something to fiddle with while waiting to see if I ever get my ANOVOS order. Unfortunate. After the Vader, this is only going to be the second "hard pass" Black Series helmet for me.

Synz314, I've loved the character since I read Phasma, and have everything I need for my Cardinal costume except the ANOVOS TFA FOTK Standard kit I ordered years ago. I even have a KB TFA groin plate and a helmet swap lined up after ANOVOS switched on the fly to TLJ without asking us which we wanted. I am ignoring the inverted/reversed cape from the book cover and publicity poster, and going with Del's intentions as the author. She figured he'd have the same cape in the same colors and worn the same way as Phasma. After all, if a uniform isn't uniform, it isn't a uniform, now, is it? I've got the black boots, Phasma-style boot armor (described in the book), SE-44C sidearm blaster, F-11D Heavy, shorts, neckseal, plasma-cut stainless steel hex perf to upgrade the frown, cape, upgrade bits for the armor... Many cans of RustOleum Cardinal Red paint (naturally)...
Just need the armor and helmet... *sigh*

Has anyone heard anything more about the Captain Cardinal helmet? I’ve been seeing some more people with them online but I still can’t find any mention of a release anywhere, least of all in the USA...
USA has it as a Target exclusive

Yeah, I was meaning if anyone has heard anything about a release in the US. I know it's a Target exclusive but I haven't seen anything about when it's actually supposed to come out.

I've seen a couple of mentions by Yakface.com that December 21st is the release date for it at Target.
