Do you have any pics on the creation process? I'm really interested on how you would vaccuform that helmet specifically. It looks a lot more challenging than a regular stormtrooper helmet.

Here are the latest pulls, this is a really tricky build, I suspect the originals had the very same difficulties as they all look slightly different.
Professionally vacformed this time, my homemade version is just not good enough.

Now that is one beautiful looking helmet!!! I really hope youll be offering these, sooner or later. This is definitely one of the most attractive costumes out there. Scouts get all the ladies!

No I don't make the armour, MC makes superb stuff.
I just had to make a decent lid for myself.
I am trying to make a few helmet kits, all trial and error atm.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC helmet!
For the first time since the original helmets have been created, somebody is catching the correct shape of the Biker Scout bucket!
Even the chin guard is at it's place!!
I definitely need one!!
