Hi guys , thanks for the lovely comments, I have been busy doing loads of wee bits and pieces, the Biker Scout helmet is way down the list. Yoda, Clone parts,Orc armour etc etc are getting in the way.
I have since made a new lid with the existing bucks and am a bit happier with the result, the eye area has been tinkered with, I have sourced a decent Vacforming shop so hopefully I can pull a few nice Biker lids.

I have been trying to get the eye area a bit more accurate, the curvature has been adjusted, new molds are slowly getting made,

I hope to get a few vacpulls soon, I will try 2mm and 1.5mm to see if the molds are working sharp enough.
