I was under the impression Utinni had zeroed in on Mike as being the sole culprit.

And who are these "people?" Has anyone else come forward with claims of having been ripped off?

Well Mike sold at least 1 other buckle for $767 on ebay without stating it was a replica and Clint's friend John sold one to Michael (Evil Rocketeer) as a real one. Mike had an auction up after I caught him but changed it when he found out I knew he lied and seems he was trying to cover his tracks.
He only changed his Ebay auction wording after I announced it publicly.

And no I haven't received my partial refund yet.

Mike has also been laying pretty low and MIA since his only post here on 4/16. I don't think he really cares, otherwise he'd be trying to work this out and clear his name.

Um, hardly. You seem to have forgotten that everyone was calling for the lynching of these people and then it was suddenly revealed that the majority of the blame lied mostly with one person rather than a group of people.

I know it's been said they have lives outside of this, but come-on, there is no reason for it to take this long unless there is a personal tie to this. This is getting absurd. If there are moderators out there with such a severe conflict of interest in this case that they cannot come to a decision, they need to either recuse themselves from this decision making process or step down as moderators.

It always makes me feel good when I see the level of compassion that is shown to a fellow member that has reached out after feeling that he has been wronged. That kind of support and sense of community from such an incredibly diverse membership is what I found so unique and exciting when I joined the RPF. So thank you all for showing your support and keeping this thread civil and on track.

I would like to let all of you know that this issue is being addressed. I personally understand that some of you are probably frustrated that it seems to be taking a long time to take a course of action that you might feel is obvious. There is a lot of information to deal with, but this situation will be resolved and nothing will be swept under the rug. There is no conspiracy and there are no moderators attempting to hold things up for personal reasons.
