Well, thats called projection Mike because you used those wings to fly in here and stir the pot. My responses here have been civil and measured whereas yours...well, not so much. Whereas I agree with you on most topics I think YOU are the one that came here looking for a fight and Im not giving it to you. Calling someone on something and fighting are too entirely different things. Again, I share your opinions on a lot of things just not on this and your response to me is projection IMHO. We are both people with strong opinions and youre just mad at me because I liked the new Star Trek movie (except for the score)...:lol
By the way, do those wings hurt when you sit down?

I might add that since the mods are working on this Im going to just sit back and see how this plays out now. Whereas I think Jeff has every right to keep this front and center I dont think that my participating any further is helpful and I dont wish to be a polarizing element. I actually thought I contributed some of the more reasoned responses in this thread as opposed to being 'combative' but c'est la vie.

Something new did come from this being front and center and that was a refund which may or may not have been forthcoming had this thread fallen off the board.

And just for the record, the $250 refund came from Clint and not Mike, who I originally purchased the buckle from. I think Clint is trying to do damage control for Mike. Clint at least wants to fix this, can't say the same thing about Mike so far. This thread is about Mike's actions, not Clint's, even though he is associated with it. Just because Clint refunded some money doesn't get Mike off the hook for what he did, I'd like to reiterate that this post was never about the money.

Agreed, I suggested that as well. I think locking is fine as long as its stuck. That way it doesnt disappear off the edge of the board and then the mods can announce when there has been some resolution. I think its readily apparent that the other side has opted not to respond and I think all evidence that is pertinent from Jeff's side has been presented. If its stuck and locked its still at the forefront and deosnt garner any more drawn out convo.

I would agree to it being locked and stuck until the Mods come to a conclusion, otherwise it will get pushed off the board if only locked.

Mike has had more than enough time to post any replies, and if he wants to post while it's locked, he should be given the chance to allow his post to be made.

Again, there's something missing here. Yes, Utinni's work here IS done. He's made us aware of the situation and has documented and supported his case very well. However, there's next to nothing to support the opposing side of the story, and yet the deliberation on the issue does seem to be taking longer than almost any decision of this nature I've ever seen RPF moderaters have to make.

Everyone reading this thread can only see one side of things - what's the other? Something is definitely odd about this; we're absolutely not fully informed based on the circumstances.

Yea... I think part of the problem is that the Moderators are expecting people to be content with 'we're working on it' when the people here want some kind of solid explination. It shouldn't be that hard, but the fact that it seems nigh impossible for the moderators to give any type of solid reason for thier long deliberations other than definding thier position and saying that they 'don't work on your schedule' is why people are still bumping this thread.

It's not even about the length of time to make the decision - Mike was right in saying that "the community is now informed," and we can all avoid dealing with Mike, Clint, whoever, based on our feelings on and interpretation of the situation as it's been laid out. I'm simply curious as to what the other side even IS. There obviously is one, if the decision is taking so long to make, and without knowing that side the "community" is not informed at all.

The staff is looking into the issue, but I do want to make something clear: we dont work on your timetable.
If any action is taken it will be done having collected all information from all parties.

I can understand them not liking the post about getting this done quickly. And perhaps thats why he says what he says next. But now it seems by the wording here, that they do want to sweep this under the rug.

Utinni isn't the one holding up the conclusion. He wants an end to this. It just seems like the ones who can end this won't. If you're going to let him off, then just do it. Every message we get from the mods seems to say, that they are stalling and hoping we just stop.
As I said before, I'm one of those Rocketeer collectors who would've gotten scammed by this. So I appreciate this thread being here.

So if you want us to stop posting in here, sticky it up and we will wait. Why can't this little thing thing be done? Again. just another thing that makes it seem like you are not planning on following this through.

Trust me, I want Predicta to come back and talk and tell his side, only problem is, I've posted all the emails back and forth between us that pertain to this situation. What else can he bring to the table? He has chosen to stay quiet, he hasn't contacted me or posted again on the thread. What is stopping him from doing that, other than he really doesn't have a defense.

I'm not the one holding this up. The thread has been here for a month, Predicta has had all that time to post. So me asking to have this figured out soon isn't like I'm trying to stop Predicta from defending himself, when he's had ample time to do so. However if the Mods are talking to him privately I think I should be include in those private conversations, as I've include them from the start of this, and since Predicta refuses to talk to me.

The ball has been in both Predicta's and the Mod's court from some time.

I have been watching this and feel like if there is no ban it sends the message to this community that it is alright to recast and/or decieve just as long as you are high up the food chain in the prop world so to speak. I am not intending on disrespecting the mods with my statement and think some others feel the same way

It's funny. There were rapid fire bans for some folks, like the dude who threatened GINO (Just an example) but this, with a VERY clearly laid out evidence trail...just no telling why this is going on as long as it is.
